I ordered the $15 chicken Caesar Salad and it showed up as a flat chicken breast and a separate container of lettuce. The dressing was terrible. This place is just over priced

really fast and absolutely delicious. i had the kobe beef burger and it actually melted in my mouth. definitely worth the money. also had a really good mint choco milkshake.

Best Veggie burgers and fries EVER! Fresh toppings and delicious buns. The Apple Pie is to die for. Consistent quality and fast delivery. I have ordered from them at least 10 times and have never been disappointed

Yum! Food arrived quickly, hot and delicious. I ordered the veggie burger which is usually a soggy afterthought but instead was crispy and gooey in all the right places. French fries were amazing as well.

Zaitzeff is extremely overpriced and it takes minimum an hour to get delivery (even around the corner) regardless of the time they tell you it will take. I used to love this place but won't order from here again.

There is a reason why it's expensive - it is delicious! Never went in to the restaurant - not really the most compelling space. Their Kobe beef burger is beyond delicious.

Can come overcooked. And I am convinced that they mistakenly gave me a regular burger as opposed to a Kobe burger once. Or it was harder to tell because it was overcooked.

A delivery burger actually medium rare? Awesome. Yes, the top bun was a little wet from the grease, but actually not really soggy, especially considering the travel time. The fact that it's not a regular bun help keeps it in tact. Plump, yummy sweet potato fries. The grapefruit juice wasn't worth it. Considering delivery time, portions, state of food upon arrival, taste of food - 4 1/2 stars, closer to 5 for good measure.

Not that great. The bun was hard which wasn't a problem since I didn't eat the burger. hey got my order wrong - included the only condiment that frightens me (mayo) that I didn't order. Most likely won't order from here again. Better places out there.

By far the best delivery burgers i've had. I like my burgers medium rare, and every time I have ordered them, the burgers have come as ordered. The aged cheddar cheese is perfect!

The beef is of the quality you would expect from the menu, and that is where the positive points of this burger joint end, from a delivery perspective. If you like soggy buns, unexpected caramelized onions, and hair from the cook on your burgers, this is probably the place for you. I was hoping my dissatisfactory burger experience would end at the burger itself, hoping that, at the very least, the fries could salvage this simple meal from being just a "wow this is passably tasty ground beef on a wet bagel" feeling. It was not to be. The fries were undersalted and undercooked. Good beef, but bad food at a premium price. Avoid.

First time ordering, so this is just one random sampling of their service, but it was pretty damn good. Delivery time was good. Burger was really great, I liked it as much or more than DuMont and BLT Burger, my other favorites. Best of all, the fries were delivered in an open paper bag - which means that they don't get soggy, as when you put them in an aluminium container with a plastic. So props for being smart on french fry delivery. Price is what it is, but in my case it did secure precisely what I was after. Bleu Cheese Burger and mixed fries went perfectly with a happy Spanish Tempranillo from ABC Wine Co. closeby.

Their egg/avocado/tomato sandwich is DELICIOUS. Super duper tasty. My food tonight was a little bit late (+20 mins over what seamless had said) and so I called Zaitzeff, and the guy who answered the phone (possibly the owner, or a manager of some sort?) was *extremely* polite and friendly on the phone, and actually demanded that I call him back if it didn't show up in the next few minutes (which it did). +1 for customer service!

Food is awesome but the delivery time is never the 15 to 30 minutes as listed. They consistently take 1 hour or longer.

Burgers are excellent, either sirloin or Kobe. It loses a star because the fries don't travel well and end up not being that good once I open them at home, and because of the price (fries aren't included with the burger and are $5!). But the burgers are so good that it's still worth 4 stars.

i ordered my burger cooked medium. luckily, i like medium rare. i liked it, but i've had burgers twice as good for half the price. delivery took about 48 minutes.

burgers are good, but just a bit over priced... i've ordered from them multiple times and i have to say that this will be the last ONLY because there delivery is so spotty. Why is it taking you over an hour to get me a burger? that's absurd, this isn't the first time this has happened with them. order from here if you have an inordinate amount of time, otherwise save yourself some time and skip this restaurant.

On a rainy day, normally deliveries are slower - this place was the exception. Speedy delivery, great food! Usually when you order french fries for delivery they are soggy, but this place was so fast they were hot and still crispy. We are for sure going to be ordering again. Yummmmm!
